Our pop-ups
We are bringing brunch to Philly through a series of pop-ups!
We use our own breads to make Mexican inspired breakfast tortas (sandwiches) and sweet treats.
Our menu is constantly changing and developing, but here are some of the fan favorites we've done in the past

The smokey
Garlic telera, scrambled eggs, pimentón aioli, bacon, pepperjack, caramelized onion
Garden torta
Oregano telera, poblano-pepita relish, scrambled eggs, roasted garlic aioli, pickled tomatillo, pepperjack


Pig in a bun
Classic telera, pulled pork, scrambled eggs, smoked butter aioli, chiles en vinagre (pickled veggies)
Veggies are fun
Classic telera, mushroom cutlet, scrambled eggs, quesillo, chiles en vinagre (pickled veggies), greens, smoked butter aioli


Chorizo grilled cheese
Pan de yema, house made chorizo, pasilla chile aioli, pepperjack & cheddar

Roasted garlic telera, black & smoked garlic-bacon jam, scrambled eggs, cheddar
